The Real Estate Academy

In 1997, Esley prepared and delivered the famed Real Estate Academy for Roberts Real Estate. The Academy was delivered across Tasmania and became the primary recruiting vehicle for sales consultants for Roberts. Esley has presented the Academy on more than 60 occasions to over 800 Academy graduates.

The academy is a one-day or two-evenings program that can be used by agents needing to find new staff. It is also an excellent means by which people can investigate a career in real estate and is a wonderful way of improving the profile of your agency. Agents can choose to offset the cost of the academy by charging participants or offer it free of charge.
